1. Who we are

BAFE is operated by BL Engineering Strength & Conditioning (“we”, “us”). We provide online and in-person fitness coaching and an automated training app, including a virtual functional movement screen.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details — name, email, and phone you submit through our forms.
• Assessment & health information — your fitness assessment answers and movement/health screening responses (goals, experience, injuries, and related details) used to build your program.
• Movement media — if you use the virtual movement screen, short video/photos of your movement, captured only with your explicit consent.
• Usage & training data — workouts, logs, and progress you record in the app.

3. How we use it

To deliver and personalize your coaching and program, contact you about your training, operate and improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Movement media & sensitive data

Movement video/photos and health responses are sensitive. They are captured only with consent, stored privately with access controls, used to score your movement and build correctives, and retained no longer than needed for that purpose. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the service (e.g., hosting/database, email delivery, payment processing, and AI processing for movement analysis and coaching features). They process data on our behalf under agreements that restrict their use of it.

6. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can withdraw consent for movement-media capture. To make a request, email blagoke@blstrongco.com.

7. Security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

8. Children

The service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
